PetiteKnit Marie Case -neuleen ohje on suomenkielinen A5-kokoinen laadukas printtilehti.

Ohjeessa käytetään Sandnes Garnin Peer Gynt lankaa tai Knitting for Oliven Soft Silk Mohair -lankaa. Mohairlanka voidaan vaihtoehtoisesti korvata myös Kremke Soul Woolin Silky Kid -langalla.

The Marie Case is worked in one piece from the bottom up. First the bottom is worked in double knitting. Then stitches are picked up and knitted around the sides of the bottom and the sides of the case are worked in the round in garter slip stitch. Finally, the zipper is sewn in with needle and thread and the lining for the case is sewn (either on a sewing machine or by hand) and installed. The pattern contains the sewing instructions for the lining.

Needles: Circular needles: 2.5 [US1½] / 80 cm [32 inches] and 3 mm [US2½] / 80 cm [32 inches]; Double-pointed needles: 2.5 mm [US1½] and 3 mm [US2½]

Materials: Suggestion 1: Approx. 27 (32) 60 g Pelsuld 5,5/2 by Hjelholts Uldspinderi (100 g = 275 m [300 yds]) held together with approx. 9 (10) 20 g Soft Silk Mohair by Knitting for Olive (25 g = 225 m [246 yds]) or Silk Mohair by Isager Yarn (25 g = 212 m [232 yds])

Suggestion 2: Approx. 41 (48) 91 g Peer Gynt by Sandnes Garn (50 g = 91 m [100 yds])

4 mm, 14 (17) 23 cm [5½ (6¾) 9 inches] zipper. Fabric for lining, 17.5 x 23.5 cm (20 x 24.5 cm) 26 x 38 cm [6¾ x 9¼ (7¾ x 9¾) 10¼ x 15 inches].
