Refund policy

Right to Return Products
All products purchased from our online store come with a 14-day return policy. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

The return is not free of charge; the customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs. Returns can only be made once per order. If an order is not picked up from the pickup point at all, it will be returned to us, and we will deduct the shipping costs from the refund. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition – that is, in resalable condition with packaging and labels intact. Please include information indicating which order the returned product belongs to.

Correction of Product Defects
If the delivered product is defective, please get in touch with us! We will advise you on how to submit a defect report and return the defective product via customer return mail. In this case, no postage is required. At the same time, we kindly ask you to inform us whether you wish to return the product for a refund or if you would prefer a replacement product to be sent.
