Merchant & Mills The Factory Dress is inspired by a factory worker's dress and the atmosphere of the 1920s. The dress is pulled over the head and features pockets and pre-folded cuffs. The Factory Dress is a loosely fitted "easy fit" model, so when choosing the size, mainly considering the bust measurement is enough.

All seam allowances are 1.5 cm, unless otherwise stated. You can also try the pattern as a shirt, in which case you just omit the hem part and slightly lengthen the top. Linen and other medium-weight fabrics work particularly well for this.

Sizes: UK 6-18 (EU 32-44)

Skill level: beginner.

Recommended materials: linen, linen blends, tencel, cotton chambray, very thin wool or corduroy.
