PetiteKnit Otto Sweater Man is a stylish striped sweater for men.
The pattern is a high-quality A5-sized printed magazine in Finnish.
The Otto Sweater Man is knitted top-down in stripes. First, the upper back is knitted flat, and then the shoulders are knitted separately in the round. The shoulders are joined to form the upper front. The front and back are joined at the armholes, and the body is knitted in the round. The sleeves are knitted from stitches picked up from the armholes. Finally, a foldable neckband is knitted from picked-up stitches.
Guide to choosing the right size
The sweater has approximately 10–15 cm of positive ease. Sizes XS (S) M (L) XL (2XL) 3XL (4XL) 5XL are designed to fit a bust circumference of 86–91 (91–96) 96–101 (101–107) 107–113 (113–119) 119–124 (124–132) 132–144 cm. The finished garment measurements are provided on the front page of the pattern. Take your measurements before starting the project to choose the correct size. For example: if your bust circumference (or the widest part of your upper body) is 103 cm, choose size L. The bust circumference of a size L sweater is 116 cm, which would give 13 cm of positive ease in this case.
