Sandnes Garn Facile Cardigan knitting pattern

Sandnes Garn Facile Cardigan is a beautiful and soft cardigan. The pattern is a high-quality A4-sized print leaflet and is available in both Finnish and English.

Note! Sandnes Garn individual patterns are only sold in conjunction with a Sandnes Garn yarn purchase.

The cardigan is knitted top-down. The work begins by casting on stitches for the back, and the back is knitted back and forth until the armholes. After this, stitches are picked up for each shoulder for the front pieces. Increases are made for the V-neckline on the front pieces, and each front piece is knitted separately until the armholes, after which the front pieces are joined to the back.

The back and front pieces are knitted back and forth in stockinette stitch and the work is finished with a rib knit. Stitches are picked up from the armholes for the sleeves. The sleeves are knitted in the round, decreased towards the wrists to achieve a narrow shape, and finished with a rib knit.
