Worsted yarns

Worsted yarns are an excellent choice for knitting warm and cozy sweaters and cardigans. Hats, gloves and scarves, for example, also benefit from the thickness and warmth of worsted yarns.

Usually 3.5 mm - 5 mm needles are used for worsted yarns, but the needle size always depends on the desired density of the knitting surface and the nature of the knitting project.

Worsted yarns are also great for beginners as they are easy to handle and suitable for a wide range of projects.
