Fingering -strength yarns are one of the most popular and versatile yarn types among knitters and crocheters. They are slightly thicker than light fingering strong threads, but still thin and light. Fingering-strength yarns usually have 360-450 meters of yarn per 100 grams, which makes them sufficient especially for light and detailed knitting projects. Needle recommendation for fingering-strength threads is usually 2.25 mm - 3.25 mm.
