Terms of delivery
The online store's products are sold by Armi yarns oy business ID number 3383391-4. When ordering, you agree to these valid delivery conditions, which apply to products delivered from the Armi yarns online store.

Products and product prices
The prices of the products are presented in connection with the product presentations. The products include value added tax. The tax breakdown can be seen in the shopping cart and in the order confirmation.
Payment methods
Customers can pay for their order with the payment methods selectable in the shopping cart.
- Shopify Payment: Finnish online banks or Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Google Pay, Apple Pay
Delivery methods
Our delivery costs depend on the chosen delivery method and are automatically added to the order total:
- Matkahuolto Lähellä package €7.90
- DB Schenker Pickup point package €6.90
- Free delivery for orders over 100e
- Pickup from the store is always free
Deliveries
For now, we only deliver to addresses in Finland (not Åland). We send the products you ordered by post on weekdays as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of the order's arrival. If one of the ordered products is out of stock, we will contact you. The balance of the product may be incorrect, in which case we offer the possibility to change or cancel the order.
Product return right
According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, products purchased from the online store have a 14-day right of cancellation from the date of receipt of the order. The products do not have the right of exchange.
The returner must pay the costs incurred for the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.
Returns can only be made once per order. When the order has not been picked up from the pick-up point at all, the product is returned to us. In this case, we will deduct postage from the amount to be refunded. The product to be returned must be unused and unchanged - i.e. in salable condition with packaging and straps. Include the information from which order the product to be returned is.
The amount of the accepted return will be refunded according to the original payment method when we have received and processed the return.
If you return part of the products, we will only refund the price of the returned products. If the value of your order falls below the free delivery limit after the return, a delivery charge will be added to the order according to your delivery method.

Fixing a product error
If the delivered product is damaged, please contact us! We advise you on how you can make an error report about the product and leave the damaged product in the so-called as a customer return to the post office. In this case, you do not need to pay postage. At the same time, please let us know if you are returning the product and want the money back, or if you would like us to send a similar product to replace the damaged one.
Advance orders
Orders are always delivered in one go. If the order includes a pre-order product, all other possible products will be delivered with the same delivery as the pre-order product.
Armi yarns can deny the customer free delivery and return, cancel the order or close the customer account for good reason. The reason could be, for example, an exceptionally large number of customer returns.
