The Knitting for Olive Johanne Cardigan pattern is an English-language A5-sized high-quality printed magazine.
The instructions use Knitting for Olive's Merino and Soft Silk Mohair yarns. Soft Silk Mohair yarn can also alternatively be replaced With Sandnes Garni's Tynn Silk Mohair yarn or Kremke Soul Wool's Silky Kid yarn.
Johanne Cardigan is a simple and classic Cardigan made for Everyday use. It is worked with 1 Strand of Merino and 1 Strand of Soft Silk Mohair held together throughout.
Johanne Cardigan is worked seamlessly back and forth from the top down in stockinette stitch and features elegant saddle shoulder shaping. Extra-long ribbed cuffs finish the sleeves and give them a subtle balloon type shape. To choose the correct size, look at the 'to fit chest circumference' measurements on the previous page. If your actual chest circumference is, say, 98 cm [38½”], you should choose to knit a size M in order to achieve the intended fit.
