PetiteKnit Olga Blouse Pattern

The PetiteKnit Olga Blouse is worked top down in stockinette stitch and stripes. First, the back yoke is worked back and forth and the shoulders are shaped with short rows. The striped pattern starts right away. The shoulders are worked back and forth with circular needles and then joined to form the front piece. The front and back pieces are joined at the armpits and the body is worked in the round with circular needles. The sleeves are worked top down from the stitches picked up from the armholes. Finally, the fold-over neckline is worked from the stitches picked up.

Size selection guide

The shirt has about 12 cm of slack in the smaller sizes and gradually less in the larger sizes. Sizes XXS (XS) S (M) L (XL) 2XL (3XL) 4XL (5XL) are designed to fit a chest circumference of 75–80 (80–85) 85–90 (90–95) 95–100 (100–110) 110–120 (120–130) 130–140 (140–150) cm. The measurements of the finished shirt are given on the front page of the pattern. Please note that the measurements will only match if you follow the given knitting density. Measure yourself before starting the work to ensure you choose the right size. Example: if your chest circumference (or the widest part of your upper body) is 95 cm, choose size M. The chest circumference of a size M shirt is 107 cm, so in this case there would be 12 cm of room to spare.
