The wool in the yarn is 100% highland wool, which comes from a natural cross between local sheep and Corriedale sheep. This gives the yarn a unique elasticity, texture and color shine.

The yarn is spun in Peru by a family-owned, Fair Trade certified and socially responsible spinning mill. The animals graze freely in the Andes at an altitude of more than 3,000 meters above sea level. The yarn is dyed according to European guidelines with safe chemicals, taking into account their environmental effects.
