Urpola Tila Finnish sheep wool yarn skein tex 180x3
Urpola Tila's Finnish sheep wool Päkä is a soft, warm and versatile yarn. Päka is great for knitting sweaters, socks and mittens, for example.
Wool yarn is a yarn similar to the popular lettlop, but a domestic, more ecological and softer alternative.
The wool yarns are spun in Pirtin Kehräämö in Mikkeli.
Urpola Farm is located in Somero and is family-owned. At the moment, there are about a hundred ewes living on the farm. Urpola's farm produces wonderfully soft and warm Finnish sheep and kainun gray wool yarns.
The entire production chain of wool yarns takes place in Finland. Pirtin Kehräämö is responsible for spinning and washing.
For now, threads from Urpola Tila are only sold in Armi's store.
