Urpolan Tila's Finnish lamb's wool yarn Päkä is a soft, warm and versatile yarn. Päkä is great for knitting sweaters, socks and mittens, for example.
Wool yarn is a yarn similar to the popular lettlop, but a domestic, more ecological and softer alternative.
The wool yarns are spun in Mikkeli at Pirtin Kehräämö.
Urpolan Tila is located in Somero and is a family-owned farm. Currently, there are about a hundred ewes living on the farm. Urpolan Tila produces wonderfully soft and warm wool yarns from Finnish sheep and Kainuu Grey sheep.
The entire production chain of wool yarns takes place in Finland. Spinning and washing are carried out by Pirtin Kehräämö.

Needle size: 4-5 mm
Care instructions :
Hand wash. The product can be aired outside in freezing temperatures and "washed" in snowdrifts.
